Good to know
While it is important to have the best possible equipment suited to a given job, having adequate protection to meet regulatory and safety requirements can be expensive.
Half mask respirator masks are an economical and efficient solution to providing respiratory safety for large numbers of personnel and visitors.
Rather than spending excessively to obtain full respirator masks, temporary assignments or work are ideal use cases for disposable respirators.
Respirators require no extra maintenance, and once exhausted can simply be discarded safely. Half mask respirators require less training to use and are good for jobs with less repiratory hazards. -

Product: Exactly as described
12 years agoService: Poor customer service from Seton so far. First order of masks were the wrong size, medium when we asked for large. We then re-ordered large masks but were sent mediums instead. Torch batteries were sent out but no torches. We were not informed that they were out of stock. We rang a week later to find out where the torches were and were told they had been delivered when they hadn't. Had to wait on new ones being sent out. Ordered a sack truck and were told that the one we wanted was out of stock but there was an alternative one available. We ordered the alternative last week and it still hasn't turned up. I rang this morning and was told you don't hold them in stock and it wouldn't be delivered until the 3rd! Poor customer service for a company who have had spent over £700 in the past 2 weeks. We could have gone to buy these things from local businesses for close to half the price but we thought by placing an order with you guys, it would be hassle free due to it being delivered. Looking back now, it would have been easier to buy it elsewhere. For the 3 orders we have placed, I have 14 sheets of paper in total. Carbon footprint through the roof! Overall, I have not been impressed with my dealings with Seton so far and expect I will be spending my companies money elsewhere in future.
