PostedComment14 years agoService: I placed an order for 2 Deb handcare stations, along with the creams. However, I did not recieve the order in 1 package. I had to wait for several packaages to arrive over a period of a month. 1 of the products was not available and an alternative was sent, however, the alternative was the same as the product I had already purchased. Each package contained an invoice and transport charge. Normally Seton service is good, but on this occasion I was dissapointed and I am now very wary of ordering from you in future. I need to be confident that if I order something, I will recieve the order in full and in a reasonable timescale

14 years agoService: All items were advised to be delivered to us within a week. Instead they appeared over 4 weeks. If i had know the 4 weeks issue, i would have bought the stuff that arrived late from another party. the equipment that arrived on time is fine
