Having investigated, we can see that your order was despatched the same day that it was placed. Unfortunately the vehicle that was to make the delivery the following day broke down, which lead to a delay with the delivery. The courier advise they had attempted to deliver the following day, but there was nobody available at this time to sign for the goods. We understand that our customer service team followed this up for you, and the goods were subsequently delivered. May we assure you that the delay you experienced is not typical of our service; and apologise for any inconveneince caused.
