13 years agoService: good customer facing, although an issue with delivery where my item was undelivered for a week was not highlighted until we queried it. possibly a problem with the carrier rather than seton.Our response: Thank you for your feedback. Having investigated, the goods were despatched the same day they were ordered, but when City Link attempted the initial delivery; they advise the premises were closed at this time.
