PostedComment6 years agoService: Next day delivery took 2 days despite ordering early in the day, (not a major issue). The "blade changing tool" is not necessary and came with no instructions for use. Although the item is robustly made it is overly expensive for what it is. I wouldn't use this company again.
Product: Okay, just expensive, but should last the life time I intend using the cutter.
