Monthly Calibration Due Dots

Service: incorrect product, I am still waiting for a quotation for the correct item. I have chased 3 times for the quoteOur response: Thank you for your valued feedback. Having investigated, we understand that in the first instance we had ordered the code requested - for the pack of monthly calibration due dots. The advisor who processed your order noticed that you had ordered this code previously, and so did not realise that you had mistaken these for some other similar ones you had ordered previously on a different code (the previous ones having just one specific month on them)The other product was unfortunately discontinued, and so the advisor dealing with your enquiry in our quotes and specials team, has been looking into having these made up for you. Product: In the past i have asked to purchase the calibration dots by the month. Some months require more stickers than others. I am forced to buy a full twelve month package dispite the fact that i have stacks of stickers for eight months and none for four.
It would help me considerably if stickers could be sold in sold in monthly packs as well as yearly.
