Service: As a company you do send me a new book ever time i order?

To much paper wasted as i only keep one!

Service: The service is generally ok but not always very quick and sometimes we are left waiting for items to follow without much indication of when we will recieve them. We have ordered quite a lot of signage which we found a little expensive but there is a very good range to choose from.Our response: Thank you for your feedback. In terms of the speed of our deliveries, we are both surprised and sorry to hear that this has previously caused a problem for you. As much of our feedback attests, the majority of our customers find our service to be very quick. As the case was with this order, it was delivered the following day after your query with pricing. There are of course exceptions when there is a query on an order, or if an item needs to be made up to order / is coming directly from the point of manufacture.

In terms of items following on, we do despatch stock items immediately, and as part of our call handling standards we do advise when an item is to follow. This is so that you are not kept waiting for goods you can have straight away. If the order is placed online or by fax / email there is also an order acknowledgement sent to advise of all the order details including expected lead times.

In terms of our pricing, although we can not comment on the quality of another companies' product, we can assure you of the quality of ours.

Product: The meter seals are of good quality however I find them very expensive in comparison to others and when I attempted to address this by calling and informing Seton that I had found the same thing cheaper elsewhere I was told that it was too late as I had already ordered and the order had been dispatched - It would have been nice as a gesture of goodwill from Seton in order to keep our custom to match the price for us, as we have ordered quite a lot from Seton in the past. We will most probably go elsewhere for the meter seals in future due to this.
