What the Expert Says

Safe Storage, Compliant with the New GHS Regulations
If you are storing paints, aerosols or chemicals then these cabinets provide the ideal solution for segregating dangerous substances on your site. Constructed from high quality 0.7-1.5 mm grey steel for extra rigidity, the cabinets are fitted with interchangeable GHS labels and are supplied with a handy GHS reference chart and guide for your convenience. The adjustable and perforated shelves can also be reversed to form a tray, providing great flexibility. The permanent fully welded sump, which can be easily cleaned with appropriate absorbents, catches all spillages, thereby eliminating the potentially dangerous risk of extracting a heavy, laden sump.

Service: Cabinet purchased at special offer price represented good value. Sales service and delivery excellent

Product: Good purchase and great sales support

Service: FIRST TIME USED EXCELENT SERVICE

Product: DOES THE JOB REQUIRED GOOD BUILD

Service: Really bad. aggressive delivery driver wouldn't deliver our item into the office and became argumentative with a manager here who then refused to take the order because of his attitude. When I tried to organise re-delivery we were then told that we would be charged an extra £55 re-delivery fee which I think is out of order after all the inconvenience caused. Seriously thinking about never using Seton again unless this situation is resolved. Was told a member of staff would call me back but still awaiting a reply, which is yet more poor service. Shame because we have used Seton in the past with no problems. R.ShusterOur response: Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your recent order and the issues around delivery. I understand our Customer Service Manager has been in contact with you and has given details of your experience to the carrier company involved.
Please accept our sincere apologies and please be assured we take issues such as this most seriously indeed.I understand the items have now been successfully delivered today and I hope that you will give us the opportunity to exceed your expectations next time.
