8 years agoService: I consistently asked for a certain size of part of a product over a period of a week or more. I never got an answer even though I kept being told that they would come back to me shortly. I ordered the product regardless but waiting for a reply that never happened held up the order no end.
I as also not told that you the order would be delivered in several lots over the period of a week. I would have expected to be told that goods were not in stock and would be delayed.
I will say that the product and prices were good and I would recommend the company on the basis of the range of items that they supplyProduct: Excellent
